Delivery Model Upgrade

Build a delivery model that keeps pace with growth.

As your SaaS business grows, the way you deliver implementations can become a constraint. Projects take longer than expected, margins come under pressure, and customers wait too long to realize value. Adding people, tools, or AI won't necessarily fix the underlying issues.

We look at how work moves from sales through implementation and into customer success, where decisions stall, and where capacity, processes, or team responsibilities no longer fit the business. The goal is to address the underlying constraints—not just the symptoms.

The Delivery Model Upgrade is a focused 6–8 week engagement that identifies what's holding delivery back and designs a practical operating model for your next stage of growth. You'll leave with clear priorities, decisions, and an actionable plan—not just a list of recommendations.

What the engagement includes

Diagnose

Identify the operational constraints affecting delivery performance through stakeholder interviews, workflow analysis, and review of your current delivery model.

Design

Define the roles, responsibilities, processes, handoffs, capacity assumptions, metrics, and tools needed to support more predictable delivery as the business grows.

Enable

Translate the findings and design into a prioritized Blueprint Execution Plan, with sequencing, ownership, and key decisions to resolve. Up to four working sessions help your team prepare to put the plan into action.

What you'll take away

A Blueprint Execution Plan that turns the diagnosis and design into practical next steps.

It identifies the highest-priority changes, the order in which to tackle them, who needs to own each action, and which decisions need leadership attention. Your team can use it to guide execution and measure progress toward a stronger delivery operation.

Designed for your team to own

The goal is to leave your business better equipped to deliver—not dependent on an outside consultant to run delivery.

The engagement establishes the operating model and execution plan. Your team retains responsibility for implementation, including configuring tools, creating operational materials, recruiting or staffing roles, and running day-to-day delivery.

If you need hands-on leadership to guide delivery after the upgrade, fractional or interim support may be a separate next step.
